Sadly,I fear,this appeal will fall on deaf ears. The general standard of driving and compliance with the relevant legislation is appalling and the machismo and testosterone fuelled arrogance of these plebeians is endemic across the Balkans.Only stringent policing (corruption-free one hopes)and issuance of appropriate financial penalties and lengthy bans (if they live to tell the tale that is) will solve the problem. However this is going to take a long time before these idiots see sense!!
