"Another country set to withdraw recognition of Kosovo"

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic says in the Serbian Assembly that he hopes to announce another country's withdrawal of Kosovo's recognition in a day or two

I assume the country will join the likes of other diplomatic heavyweights such as Palau, Lesotho, Solomon Islands, Burundi and Papua New Guinea

Why does Dacic keep doing this? Don't mention anything until it's official and in writing! Otherwise the US and their little lapdog Pacolli will just fly over an offer the country a tone of drug money!
