Luxembourg is a financial center and its a wealthy country with a very low public debt to GDP. Meanwhile Kosova is a penniless drain on the EU purse with drug trafficking the only viable industry there.

Did this prime minister of Luxembour speak in serbian??? I'm pretty sure he was speaking in German language, Luxembourg is just like Kosovo it suppose to be part of Belgium but is it?
