Petrit was always welcome in Serbia. No matter your ethnicity, you are always welcome in Serbia if you are loyal to it. It's exactly why Serbia is the most multi cultrual country in the region.

But separatist rats are not welcome. They hitch their wagon to whatever empire is in the region at the time while noble Serbia fights for the regions freedom from occupation.

Spineless separatist rats are happy to be vassals of the empire as long as they can take pieces of Serbian land. Empires eventually leave, ask the Ottomans, AustroHungarians and the Nazis. The question is, what happens then?

No one would care. There's a street in the middle of Belgrade named after Skenderbeg. Albanians and Croats are the revisionistic nationalists.

Reading the comments in last decade or two it looks like Serbs and Albanians are quite similar to Germans.
Someone has a great gift to be a German (Serb, Albanian), to be honest, to be smart and to be a Nazi.

Unfortunately the Lord's gift to be a honest person + being smart + being a Nazi never comes the same time.
For instance, smart people who are Nazis are dishonest. And smart and honest people are not Nazis. And honest Nazis are dumb.
