If you two village-idiots have comprehended the message you would've understood that Serbia has no law to extradite any citizen, either ethnic Serb or otherwise, for contempting any court that isn't recognized.
It doesn't say anywhere that these two are (war) criminals and have to stand trial on criminal charges, but then again i wouldn't expect any less from you k-Alb illiterate terrorists.
