Help in Kosovo dialogue is welcome - "but Mogherini stays"

Richard the lionheart......I read your link with sadness but no surprise. The Albanian leadership are firstly criminals, murderes and mafia. These thugs have intiminated and killed many people, Serbs and Albanians alike. Its no surprise that the CIA is involved in all this. Amazingly these same people have the nerve to blame Serbs for everything. They are involved with drugs and other crimes, and all with Americas blessing. So much for human rights, justice, etc.
My only question is how on earth can Serbia negotiate with these criminals...???
I'm now eagerly awaiting how all the Albanian ultra nationalists will react to this.....should be laughable and amusing.

This statement is a week old, which in news' world is very old and irrelevant. Kocijancic made this statement when she clearly saw that Merkel declared Mogherini impotent to do her job. Kocijancic is trying to lessen the embarrassment for Mogherini by pretending that they still are in charge of the dialogue. Mogherini can have meetings like the one in Tirana for 3 more weeks but that is all she can do. There is nothing that Mogherini can do in regards to the dialogue.

Well, sure she can stick around, clearly she has no weight, or credibility to be thrown around anymore.

She did not fail, I don't see her as a failure, if anyone failed it's the parties involved.

What she should do is, what her former predecessor has done at one point. Tell both parties to F*** Off, that might send a clear message. I think she has been playing nice, and it has been taken as her weakness.
