Actually I'd say it's the morons who dont understand him. It's a simple statement brainiac, it is possible to be in a better position now and still have a hard road ahead instead of an even harder or impossible road ahead... What part of that is complicated?

Albanians are so desperate for Belgrade to recognise them that you start to guess things and make it up you go along. But recognition is not coming. And nothing you, the mafia from Pristina, Macron or "Angie" can do about it.
I think Serbia should adopt a platform.....Kosovo has autonomy. Haradinaj, Thaci and the rest are investigated and tried for crimes they committed. The biggest crime is starting an armed conflict and attempted land theft, namely treason against their country.
Albanians should stay but must obay the law like everyone else. Then investments come in, jobs available and peace in the region.

The borders recognized by the UN, UNSC and reaffirmed in UNSCR 1244 certainly will not be redrawn. Yes, spring showers have arrived in various parts of Serbia, and yes, it has also rained in Serbia's dysfunctional fenced-in ghetto corrupted by KLA terrorists and temporarily propped-up by co-conspiring criminal foreign sponsors.

And what do Albanians have....visa free travel?? Jobs? Investments? UN recognition? Membership of Unesco & Interpol?

Same story being told by Vucic since 1999. Proof that Serbs deserve everything they got.

This meeting's purpose was to shut down the border correction idea that Vucic was so desperately wanting out of this agreement. Germany's politicians have given an open statement criticizing Mogherini and Hahn for their part on entertaining and encouraging this idea. Now, the border correction idea remain thing of the past thanks to Merkel. I am sure Vucic has left out this part and is not telling his people the entire story.
The dual sovereignty is strongly REJECTED by the Albanians and it has no chance in hell to happen since serbs make only 2% of Kosova's population. The other reason why this idea will not succeed is that Kosova can ask for the same thing for the Albanians in Serbia.
The July 1st meeting will probably kill the dual sovereignty option therefore eliminating the two strongest disagreements out of this deal.

For Vucic are hard times in the future visible. What he means? He speaks about the borders of Serbia, different for Italy and Spain. But he doesn’t speaks that the borders for him are stipulated in the Serb constitution. Every sentence is quite opposite the next one. One day it’s all wonderful with the Chinese, next day it’s all so sad. Merkel and the one day visitor to Belgrade Macron are also nice, let’s forget the little bombing war. He will not say one unfriendly word, not wishing that the Kosovo Serbs must suffer than. He cannot speak clearly with telling who we’re this and that. Western politicians were not happy with Merkels meeting in Berlin. She is more and more isolated in Germany, hoping to produce some better news with the unimportant Balkan heads.
