Mary....so you dont class Russia and China as superpowers?? Really?? These two nations are not $23+ trillion in debt, America is. Russia and China are more than a match for America on a military level. If you dont believe me I would point you to Syria, to Ukraine and most recently Venezuela. What did the Americans do in these cases??? Not a lot..!!!
In fact the Americans cant even tackle N Korea.....
As for the EU "poor" countries, what is your point? Germany, France, Britain have not managed to twist their arms into recognising Kosovo, have they? But here is the interesting thing....they all have one vote, the same as Germany. Right? And all those small countries who have revoked Kosovo recognition all have one vote in Interpol and Unesco. The same as the US. Right??
But of course you can think what you like....just the same as me. The difference is that I give you reasons and examples whereas you generalise and belittle nations such as Russia, China, Spain, Slovakia, etc....

It is obvious why the Kosova Serbs and Bosnian Serbs were not invited to the negotiations in Germany on April 28th, yet the President and Prime Minister of Albania were invited. Vucic will be given the choice to recognize Kosova and thereby open the door to the EU for Serbia. Otherwise, Kosova will be reunited with Albania and Serbia will have the door to the EU slammed in her face.

ViIEW FROM UK,
You must live in a parallel universe since the one I live in has only one super power. The other countries yo mentioned are among the poorest in the EU, furthermore all of them each have a high percentage of Roma. Don’t get me wrong, some of my best friends were Roma. However, sadly, they contribute very little to their country’s economy, and I doubt they have ever heard of Serbia. Nonetheless, you have a right to your opinion, however, you don’t have a right to my opinion.

Mary, I dont know but I suspect that these talks are to set conditions and agenda ...for talks.
If they are to be fruitful we can expect taxes to be revoked, platform/ultimatum removed, etc.
Whatever you think Serbia does have a lot of support around the world (including 2 of the 3 superpowers), as well as closer to home; Spain, Rumania, Greece, Slovakia and Cyprus. But my personal view is that not a lot will be sorted.

A smart move. Another landslide victory for SL staves off any unwanted attempts by Albanians to cause mischief and mayhem and then blame it on others like they always do. Pristina needs to be contained.

It appears that the Serbs from Kosova and RS have not been invited to attend the negotiations that will take place in Germany on April 28th.
(Mary, 10 April 2019 16:47)

Why would they need to be there? Serbs from Kosovo are represented by Serbia, and RS isn't a state. Beyond that, RS has no need to be part of negotiations Serbia makes with Albanians in disputed Serbian territory.

@ maryaj - not understanding your point!

"Srbs from kosovaaaa" are represented by Beograd and the Srbs from RS have are not involved in this dialog...why would they be? They are a part of Bosnia-Hercegovina, nor Srbija!

Trying to muddy the waters a little, hmmmm?:)
