yes we remember the non-violent protests and boycotts by Albanians that were met with force by the yugoslav serb government. it's funny how you are citing these incidents as if it proves that Albanians did something wrong, when in reality is shows the corrupt agenda of yugoslavia and the violent oppression of Albanians like at the 1981 student protests.

Serbians in the North have to decide if they want to live in Kosova and be just like any other citizen living in Kosova or they want to leave and go to Serbia. They can't have it both ways, plain and simple.

serbs in kosovo are fed up with serbska lista. they are a vucic tool and do not help any kosovo serb. they have used every mean to intimidate serb population who want a good future in kosovo. its about time they are votet out of politics. remember serbia arrest serb politicians just because they do not support vucic. all politicians from lista serbska have arrest warrants issued by kosovo courts for criminal activity

Simple. The people that have abandoned their institutional duty, will be replaced by people who can carry out their duties and serve the community. And this community is both Serbs, Albanians, Bosnians etc. There are 15k people that live in North Mitrovica, 5k of which are Albanians and Bosnians.

I dont know for sure but would suspect more ordinary Albanians would rather stay in Serbia considering the dire economic state of Kosovo, mass unemployment and rampant crime and corruption (particularly in Pristina).

You're awful at reading comprehension. I said 10k Serb in N Mitrovica, not all 4 municipalities. In the other three municipalities (towns and villages) there's only 50k other Serbs.
That's all the commotion is about, 50k people. There's more people that use Prishtina Airport in 10 days than that, more people that use the Brooklin Bridge in 8 hours than that. That's the scale of the problem.
