The ICJ didn’t provide a ruling or opinion on “independence”.

Well, ruling or opinion, it just goes to show Serbia hypocrisy; they were the ones that went with pomp and circumstance at the ICJ, and after they were handed their behinds on a plate, pretended that it didn't matter.

You can play with circular logic all day long, the fact of the matter is that 3 out of 5 permanent members of the UNSC, think that Kosova is not an integral part of the Serbian territory but an independent state. And the other two can not possibly do anything to change that, and make your so-called KIM part of your terrorist Serbia.

Zhukov

So, it's a ruling when you Serbs think you can win it, an historical case, everyone will refer to it, and when you lose it it'a just an opinion that doesn't matter?
(Albanopolis, 1 April 2019 07:11)

The ICJ didn’t provide a ruling or opinion on “independence”. The ICJ provided an opinion on whether criminal KLA terrorists can make a declaration. Yes according to the ICJ, criminal KLA terrorists can declare that night is day, or that they no longer follow the law of gravity or whatever they want to declare. Serbia didn’t lose anything, and the laws of nature still apply just like the binding resolution 1244 of the UN and UNSC reaffirm KiM (or Kosovo, if you don’t comprehend the acronym) to be an integral part of Serbian territory.

words such as "KIM" nor "Serbian", don't exist anywhere in UNSCR 1244. Go read it if you haven't.
(Albanopolis, 1 April 2019 07:11)

I read the following and copied the text from Annex I, section 6: “Serbian personnel will be permitted to return to perform the following functions: ....Maintaining a presence at key border crossings.”

The word “Serbian” certainly does exist in UNSCR 1244, unless of course you can’t read plain English and also think simple two syllable words such as “digit” are complex and require a dictionary.
KiM, i.e. Kosovo i Metohija, is an acronym that includes Kosovo. I am sorry that you and your KLA terrorist boyfriends need dictionaries and remedial explanation for common two syllable words, such as “digit” and acronyms.

Given your severe self-advertised deficiencies in English language comprehension, we can see why you don’t comprehend paragraph 10 of UNSCR 1224 which reaffirms the commitment of all Member States to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY); and that in June 2006, the UN accepted Serbia as the legal successor to FRY.

You’re also probably ignorant of the fact that UNSCR1244, Annex 2 section 8 specifically refers to the territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, of which Serbia is the legal successor.

Zhukov: "The ICJ provided an opinion about KLA terrorists’ declaration. "

Not according to Serbia's PM at the time , Jeremic, who said before the ruling:
"“That means that everyone will refer to this ruling. As a result there is great interest in this case in the professional public and among international legal circles,” he explained.

“This is, in every aspect, a historic case before the ICJ.” Jeremić surmised.

https://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2009&mm=04&dd=16&nav_id=58546

So, it's a ruling when you Serbs think you can win it, an historical case, everyone will refer to it, and when you lose it it'a just an opinion that doesn't matter?

You failed to provide the part of the UNSCR 1244 that specifically says, according to you, that "KIM is an integral part of the Serbian territory". In fact, words such as "KIM" nor "Serbian", don't exist anywhere in UNSCR 1244. Go read it if you haven't.

"Diction and English language composition, particularly if it is one’s secondary or tertiary language, has nothing whatsoever to do with “fear” or “turning gay”. "

Dude, you're chocking in your own words, why so nervous? Who's "we" that thanks me, or you're referring to yourself in plural now, Mr Zhukov?
And I don't think English its your third language, I don't think its your language at all, if you have if you have to use words such as "tertiary", "digits" or "orifice". The dictionary can only take you so far.

Zhukov: "The ICJ “ruled” that criminal KLA terrorists can declare. "

Yeah, they can and they did. And per the UN sanctioned ICJ, such declaration is legal per International Law.
(Albanopolis, 29 March 2019 15:51)

The ICJ provided an opinion about KLA terrorists’ declaration. The ICJ did not rule on KiM independence. It’s not illegal for the criminal KLA terrorists to also declare independence from gravity; but nature’s laws will still apply, just as the UN and UNSC binding resolution still affirms that KiM is an integral part of Serbia.

And what resolution is that genius? Please do find me a resolution of UN that specifically says that "KIM is an integral part of the Serbian territory"
(Albanopolis, 29 March 2019 15:51)

Thank you for your recognition of my genius. However, you don’t have to be a genius to understand UNSCR 1244 and the UN’s designation of Serbia as the legal successor to FRY.

“Thank you for noting my careful articulation."
Why so careful? Are you afraid that if you're not careful you'll turn gay? Are you so close to that border?

Zhukov: "The ICJ “ruled” that criminal KLA terrorists can declare. "

Yeah, they can and they did. And per the UN sanctioned ICJ, such declaration is legal per International Law. The genocidal Serb terrorists can eat their hearts out, since they were the ones to ask for the stamp of legality in Kosova's Declaration of Independence.

But in addition to not having a brain, the genocidal Serb terrorists, also do not have a backbone. Here's what the terrorist Serbian FM declared before the ruling:

"That means that everyone will refer to this ruling. As a result there is great interest in this case in the professional public and among international legal circles. For Serbia it’s exceedingly important, but I think it will have great significance.” - Jeremić explained.

https://www.b92.net/eng/news/politics.php?yyyy=2009&mm=04&dd=16&nav_id=58546

So, everyone should be referring to this ruling, but first of all should Serbs, that brought the question in the first place.

"The KLA terrorists’ “declaration” does not change the binding resolution from the UN and UNSC that KiM is an integral part of Serbian territory."

And what resolution is that genius? Please do find me a resolution of UN that specifically says that "KIM is an integral part of the Serbian territory"

Sincere thanks for noting the error regarding UESCO (sic).
You are correct, the real fiasco was specifically related to the criminal KLA terrorists’ failed attempt to join UNESCO, and not UESCO.
I do apologize and understand your inability to recognize UESCO as a typographical misspelling of UNESCO.
Will you and your KLA terrorist boyfriends continue with repetitive failed attempts to join UNESCO? Or have you abandoned UNESCO aspirations, in deference to the KLA’s criminal destruction and desecration of historical Serbian Orthodox churches monasteries?

(Albanopolis, 27 March 2019 23:09)

Thank you again for your question and support of a Serbian media site and for serving as a typical proxy for the bigoted KLA terrorist who’ve confessed to being isolated in a ghetto around Pristina.
The most populous countries uphold international law and not only reject the KLA terrorists from Interpol, but reject you from UESCO, UNICEF, WHO, ICAO, etc.
UNSC countries who hold veto powers will assuredly vote against the KLA terrorists and have openly guaranteed your exclusion from the UN.

Kosova (sic) has nothing to lose there... It's like a game where the tie is guaranteed, and the only other outcome is a win. Kosova (sic) can play that game 100 times.

If your KLA boyfriends’ plan is to repetitively apply for Interpol membership, while obsessing with your digits and orifices, then please proceed with this “winning” strategy.

For the time being, yes, we would have to stop the pursuit. Not because it would be illegal but because it could lead to war for such a small issue.

The only law valid is 1244 UNSCR - which does state that Serbian police and military are allowed back in Kosovo. However, we are waiting for any one of our leaders to implement this.

The problem is that we don't want to start a full blown war and the hot headed Albanians will surely react impulsively and start murdering our citizens and police officers again, causing us to annihilate them until they beg for help from Ottomans or NATO.

That being said, we are patiently waiting for the right moment and then you'll see with your own eyes the Serbian boots on the ground that belongs to us.

It should be relevant to the topic and that is let's suppose that there was a police vehicle pursuing a suspect's vehicle in Serbia and eventually the suspect crossed into neighboring Kosovo would that mean that Serbian police would have to terminate the pursuit if the suspect crossed into Kosovo all because police can't chase a suspect into another country where therefore they would have to rely on Kosovar police or even administrative guards to take over in chasing the suspect. What I can mention is that from what I viewed on t.v. that in America if the police or sheriff or highway patrol is or are pursuing a suspect that yes law enforcement can chase the suspect in other parts of the state, into another state but if the suspect crosses into neighboring Mexico U.S. law enforcement have to terminate the pursuit because Mexico is a sovereign nation and therefore Mexican border or law officials would have to take over if they desire to in pursuing the suspect.

KLA terrorists, currently supported by the USA in a joint criminal enterprise, frequently detain and hold innocent Serbs hostage, just like they did to Oliver Ivanovic. Such blatant KLA crimes do not change the fact that the most populated nations on earth along with the UN and the UNSC through UNSCR 1244 affirm that a KiM is an integral part of Serb territory.
