Well said Mr Lavrov, spot on. I've been saying it for years that the whole thing was planned well in advance. But to satisfy "publc opinion" in the west the US declared that Serbia refused peace. Nobody in the UK knows what Serbia was asked to sign to avoid bombing. It was designed so as no country would sign that ultimatum.
Of course international law was broken, illegal bombs used, civilian targets hit, etc.
But now that Russia and China are very powerful this will never happen again. And for all the Albanians on this site, it aint over. So, better remove childish taxes, platform/wish list, stop provoking and go to negotiate. Otherwise it could end very badly indeed for K Albos...

In fact before it, there was hardly any violence in Kosovo throughout the 1990s! Albanians wanted secession and they couldn't get it. The KLA orchestrated violence to stoke a reaction from Belgrade, while Clinton needed attention focused away from getting his knob polished by someone other than Hillary. The US needs to cover up is alliance with a terrorist organization and push the narrative these were the same "freedom fighters" that were peacefully boycotting Yugoslav institutions since 1990. That's why Albanians get so upset when they're reminded of what actually happened as opposed to their rewriting of history. It also helps explain why Kosovo is such in a state of disarray today since it's led by war criminals, narco-terrorists, druglords and pimps, all shaved, showered, and shoved into a suit for the cameras. The KLA War Crimes Tribunal in the Hague can't prosecute these savages fast enough.

I was every day bombarding all eu embassies with phone calls asking to stop bombing each day I was phoning Italy Nato to drop bombs into the Adriatic and they did.
It was not easy for any serb living abroad.

Its refreshing to see someone posting what really happened. If you get a chance go to yutube and watch Muhamad Filipovic's interview of 21/12/16 on the Bosnian program Pressing. This Bosnian historian openly states that the Bosniaks not only caused the war but also startled it to their own detriment. The Bosnaiks negotiated and agreed to a very good deal with Milosevic about Bosnia but later reneged and Filipovic could never get Alia to tell him who made him change his mind. It was Warren Zimmermann, last US Ambassador to Yugoslavia.
