So that is not the logical answer because it would not look good. So what is happening is they are using Ramush Haradinaj to implement this while publicly saying " Revoke the Taxes". Anyone who thinks that U.S is going to pull their base out of Kosova is smoking some good drugs. They are building a AirBase in Albania. Where in Kosova they have there BONDSTEEL base. and they are not going to thrown BILLIONS of dollars away over Serbia or Anyone for that matter. The U.S is a business and that isnt a good business move. So when Kosova does take the taxes off the U.S will have a stronger leverage. Why? Because of Serbia does not fall in line they can always fall back to this and go " HEY we made them take the taxes off" So the least u can do is do this for us.
