Make Serbia fight about it every year. Make them prove themselves, by their actions, that Kosova is not part of Serbia but that Serbia is a hostile country.
Despite, chia's and the rest of the clown car's nervous laugh, Serbs know that Kosova's rejection from Interpol is not a foregone conclusion, they would have to fight for it every time. So let them spend resources, effort, time, credit if they want to stop Kosova from getting into Interpol.

They are total idiots. The worst is: they could kick Serbia's politicians and it would hurt - and make them self legit.

All they need is to work with a certain 公约.
And use brains.
Serbia can't block because they aren't part of 公约.
But certain countries are.

USA, Russia, China would laugh their butts off and welcome Kosovo.

Instead, they tried the bad trick with 100% taxes and lost more than gained.

I intentionally use "公约" here because it is not easy to google up the proper reference and it needs a bit more charisma than what an ex-bouncer in Sweden has.

But be assured: with PROPER approach (公约) Kosovo could devastate Serbia's leadership because Russia, China, North Korea would not object and Serbian people would even benefit from 公约.
