During the world cup in Russia, I remember seeing a Croatia 'fan' in the stands waving a WW2 era Nazi Croatian flag. I even took a picture of it on my iPhone. The problem is most people simply have no idea what the Croat fascist flag is. The swastika is obvious. Not so the 'U' symbol. It's pure ignorance, and those who flaunt it know that. But it doesn't excuse it either. I just find it incredible how there can be any nostalgia for a vile blood soaked regime as the NDH.
