Don't Slavicise everything, it doesn't help the Slav cause of Balkan nativity.
It is Xhaferi, not Dzaferi. A surname that is old and prestigious, used among Albanians and Arvanite Greeks (Tzaferis). No need to change the mans identity into something he is not - a Slav.
