I just don't understand there is no need for United States and Russia to get involved there and decide this is clear situation Kosova is Albanian just look at the population 97% Albanian what does that tell you, end of discussion peace.

Second,regardless what the deal may be,it will be better for Albanians because it will ensure that Serbia and Kosovo are two different countries,Kosovo will be in UN or join Albania,while Serbian minority in Kosovo will lose its veto power in Kosovo.

sj, I can't agree with you more, and I've been saying it all along. Bondsteel is a temporary facility made up of tents and prefab buildings - this tells me that it's a short term concept. My thought is that it was created as a potential future bargaining chip for the US when negotiating treaties and nuclear agreements with Russia. Since you live in Serbia own 3 farms and are currently trying to teach Serbs about brotherhood and unity again why not take on another project. Try and implement a US-type of healthcare system in Serbia and see if its cheaper and better than what they have today.

The reason why Australia has a problem is because our politicians are in cahoots with the doctors such as the Australian Medical Association. Every time you go to a doctor its tests after test and the way they sell it is called “preventative medicine”. These same doctors/medical centre owners also own/have shares in pathology labs and the more tests they do the more money they make. Any doctor who works in a medical centre is under pressure to perform many tests otherwise no bonus.
Money is being diverted for these tests while hospital staff numbers reduced to meet budgetary requirements. No one wants to pay tax but all want it for free. That is the problem. In fact, it was even better in the 1970s.
In the US every time anyone suggests a decent healthcare system its “communists/socialists” drivel used by the US pharmaceuticals and the utterly brainless use it since they have no idea what they are talking about.

I live in Australia, believe me our health care is not that great. 2 yr waiting list for non emergency surgery, people sleeping in corridors and store rooms due to bed shortages, over worked staff, under staffing. Mistakes made that resulted in patients death. Its no where as good as it was in the 80s.
