The circumstances of this dialogue are not going to change and Kosova is ready to move on to bigger and better things. Serbia should too, especially if they hope to join the EU. Serbia knows what is expected of them in this dialogue, to recognize Kosova and to take responsibility for all the crimes they committed and that is why they don't want things to move along as that will make them finally have to accept the reality that they should have accepted 20 years ago. Vucic and Dacic can't handle what is in front of them so they try to prolong this as much as they can.
