Second, I am a bit skeptical of those figures. Were there really 60-80 readers that hit a thumbs-up or thumbs-down? I haven't seen such a high number in a long time, and definitely not in a row. I tend to think the numbers are dramatically inflated. He personally doesn't have the power to unrecognize Kosovo so he will be coming from a place which will make him not too flexible.
If US is going to negotiate on behalf of K-Albanians then Russia should be included in the same talks.
Let's all have a similar position to negotiate from.
