Pristina would like to be recognized by Belgrade, join UN
Kadri Veseli says that "the decision to continue the dialogue with Belgrade is clear" because Pristina wants "Serbia's recognition, and membership in the UN."
I thought Kosovo was independent and really didn't care what Serbia does or thinks. I guess Serbia still has more influence than our forum regulars like Avni, Azir, Rocky, Albanopolis, et al would like us to believe.
Serbia is just as desperate to reach an agreement in regards to Kosova's recognition. This will have to happen sooner or later as both countries have no other options considering they both want to join the EU. This is very imperative for both countries.
