Close administrative border for all Albos. Imagine travelling anywhere would take you a week going around Serbia alone LOL.
Introduce a heavy tax on all vehicles entering Serbian territory.
Cut off all electricity to Kosovo, but my favourite is dam up the Ibar River so no further water enters Gazivoda reservoir thereby Pristina goes dry.

The tariff imposed by Rastus can be imposed either at the administrative line or upon sale of goods.
If a tin of food cost 50 Euro cents prior to the tariff then after the tariff it is €1. The manufacturer will then ask the supermarket purchasing the product to pay €1 per can to cover the increase due to the tariff. The supermarket will then re-sell that same product, including a mark-up price, for €1.5. Prior to the tariff the consumer would have paid €1.
It’s the end consumer who pays a higher price not the manufacturer. The consumer buying at the supermarket get whacked. Now if you can get goods cheaper from the EU or Macedonia please do so. No one is holding you back. Even under the CEFTA agreement you can buy cheaper from other members.

CEFTA includes Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Greece, and the European part of Turkey, and these agreements are done by teams of legal, policy and political from all these places except for Kosovo; that was done by the EU/UMNIK. Well I have not been involved in preparing free trade agreements but I know personally several people who have and they all confirm that EVERY trade agreement has penalty clauses - everyone.
