It's not LOL, my wife used to work in the States as a special aid teacher - kids were called "autistic" for much lesser symptoms.

In respect to the victims of this tragedy Serbian government should upgrade every single level-crossing.
The safest solution I did see is in Russia. If the train is close not only the shrank would lower (that does not help if the car driver is an idiot). There is a normally hidden barricade on every Russian level crossing. That barricade will rise like a wall and disappear only if the train is at a safe distance.
You can't cross that barricade even if you command a tank.

Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz suggested on Friday at a Cotroceni Palace press conference that foreign firms could gather things and could leave Romania as a result of fiscal measures announced by the government
On the other hand, the new tax package will hit directly the largest petroleum company in Romania, Petrom, which is owned by OMV, the largest industrial enterprise in Austria, where the most important shareholders are the Austrian state
The company is directly affected by the intention to cap gas prices at 68 lei MWh for three years, almost half of the market price
One day after the announcement, Romanian banks listed on the Stock Exchange lost up to 20%.
"It seems that the order will be passed tomorrow (Friday - No). It took some adjustments to the formulations, the provisions remain the same," Dragnea said.
According to the PSD leader, this ordinance will allow the Romanian economy to develop.
Asked about the rush of this GEO, Dragnea replied: "Let's start next year with good measures for the Romanian economy and for the Romanians".
