It seems Albos have a special diplomatic school where once you recognize that recognition is forever LOL. When a country recognized Kosovo it would have sent a letter to Pristina accordingly. So if that same country changes its mind then it can also withdraw that recognition by correspondence.
That is how it works. More importantly the vast majority of those countries that the US pushed into, or announced recognition of Kosovo on their behalf, don't even have a office in Kosovo so there are no diplomatic relations.

Third step is to declare, the country in question is merely a territory of an other. The best is to to declare it to the FMA to the second country.

We’ll care when the US or UK “revokes” a recognition. And yes, revocations of recognitions don’t happen in situations when there is no substantial change on the ground from the time you recognized. In fact, if such change was to happen, you’d recognize the new conditions. But since nothing changed in the ground from the time these countries recognized, then it clearly shows that their diplomacy and their diplomatic units are a joke and are being bribed by oligarchic money from Russia and China. Looks like October 16, 2018 Hashim Thaçi simply forgot that Madagascar "recognized" Kosovo a year earlier and begged them to do that.

Since that's the case, the recognition from Nov. 24 2017 did not happen - and the announcement by B. Pacolli on Nov. 26, 2017 wasn't reflecting the truth.

I don't want to say "fake news", that expression is not even funny anymore.

This story proves two scary things beyond any doubt:


1) Hashim Thaçi and B. Pacolli do not play well together.

As it turned out, Madagascar never recognized Kosovo to begin with, see my links in English and Albanian to the president's office in Kosovo.

Looks like October 16, 2018 Hashim Thaçi simply forgot that Madagascar "recognized" Kosovo a year earlier and begged them to do that.

Since that's the case, the recognition from Nov. 24 2017 did not happen - and the announcement by B. Pacolli on Nov. 26, 2017 wasn't reflecting the truth.

I don't want to say "fake news", that expression is not even funny anymore.

This story proves two scary things beyond any doubt:


1) Hashim Thaçi and B. Pacolli do not play well together.
2) Hashim Thaçi is not qualified for his job - this kind of blunder is huge.

(and let's guess, how far Haradinaj is qualified).

Madagascar is irrelevant, what is above is not.

Either someone in BG will think seriously and introduce efficient sanctions (example the much-discussed road toll on trucks) or
someone in PR will think seriously and position PR in a such way, that will humiliate BG - while the same time being useful even for Serbia, as a country.

The last thing is very tricky, but possible.
