I couldn’t be more proud of Kosova than I am now, theyve really stuck it to the Serbs in a 1 month period. They sent Serbia the price tag for the Interpol delay which will be 450 million euros a year with the 100% tax AND they will declare the Army with FULL US blessings! After they declare it, they can build it up whichever way they want, how fast, how slow etc....Serbia will tire of writing about and complaining about every detail that develops nor will they know everything transforming! Element of surprise will be waiting for Serb invaders👍

Ofcourse Kosovo needs an army, to protect its citizens from Siberian agression. Even Kosovo's serbian citizen are afraid of Siberia, because of all the crime they send to north Kosovo. The Kosovo army will help to make them feel safe again.

It is really strange to see and read comments from serbs. First of all they talk like they’re the victims. I experienced the war, and most of it was serbian army and para-military criminals killing and massacring civil albanians. The world saw it, too bad that only few of your war criminals have been judged by international courts. How can you guys still lie yourselves? It is almost disturbing to see how an average serb beleives without a doubt that they had the right to kill civilians during Kosovo war.

About “humanitarian crisis”, why those serbs who claim that they’re having difficulties of buying food don’t go to south of Kosovo and buy plenty of it, a lot of good serbs who know their’s ex-state bads do that, and I would like to citate Rada Trajkovic “I feel 100 safer in Prishtina than in Northern Mitrovica”.

You guys are really good at lying yourselves, but that will not help you anymore. The information nowdays is distributed really fast, everyone can learn the truth with few clicks.

Btw, you guys are really luck the war didn’t happen in most recent times, we would send you videos and you would not be able to lie yourselves anymore. But, still you can reach to pictures of albanian babies chocked in blood, killed from serbian army just search “masacra e abrise”

Man, you people will grasp at anything remotely positive. Read carefully the statements: first, it's coming from the US "Ambassador" to a territory that just lost another recognition. He has no authority to mandate a Kosovo army. Rather, he's giving an opinion. You know, like the opinion he gave last week that agreed with the rest of the world against Kosovo's self-inflicted economic suicide of imposing taxes on its chief source of goods.

Second, all voices that aren't directly opposed to Kosovo forming an army have unequivocally stated it must be done within line of Kosovo's constitution, which requires anything like this to be signed off by Kosovo's non-Albanian groups, which includes the Serbs. So, it's a nice way of saying "you won't have an army" without actually saying it.

Third, he's really throwing Albanians a bone when he thinks about what little contribution you people can offer to international peacekeeping operations. I mean it would be ironic to see the largest group of people in Europe who run off to join ISIS to now, ostensibly, fight against them.

Amazing how all of you DingDongs interpret table scraps dropped on the floor to be a full course meal from a country that allegedly thinks you're anything other than useful idiots in helping maintain a foothold in SE Europe :)

I love it how Shkavellat have become such experts in interpreting the constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. You're right, that's the nice way of doing it and Kosovo waited too long in good faith to convince Kosovo Serbs to vote for it, but they wouldn't. The constitution allows for alternative ways and Kosovo will not wait any longer for Serbs to start acting like normal human beings.

I think americans are trying to exit Kosovo and the formation of an army would make their move look reasonable.
