The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has reacted to the news of the possible formation of an army in Kosovo.

Russian MFA, obviously, either doesn’t know or pretends not to know that the CIA has sent a large shipment of modern weapons to Kosovo.
In other news, Yugoslavia expert, Oleg Valetsky has determined: A new war in Kosovo will be too much for Serbia.

The Russians were powerless in 1999 and Yelstin had no way to put their men on the line, it would weaken them further.
Putin in 2018 is a different story but let's just wait and find out shall we?
