Members of the European Parliament adopted in Brussels a resolution in which it is estimated that Serbia has made progress in economic reforms.

Would it not be advisable for Albanians to populate the towns with a Serb majority so as to make them Albanian majority towns. There are certainly more than enough Albanians to accomplish this, hence no need for Serb municipalities.
