Unfortunately, this can't happen because our Albanian neighbors are acting like 2 year-olds. You're blatantly trying to steal our land, and we're still at the table trying to find a compromise. You talk about leadership, you have a bouncer thug and a drug smugglers, Haradinaj and Thaci, at the helm of your break away State - even the third world African countries don't have leadership like you. Pauleen, sorry, the name escapes me right now, but I'm pretty sure the country that won the David Cup was an Independent Nazi State in the Balkans during WW2 - and were on the losing end in WW1. I believe the name starts with C-R-O-something, something, something....
