Pristina keeps shooting itself in the foot but poor Albanians don't even notice. It's obvious they can't stick to any agreement, it's why no-one invests there and why they won't be getting into the white Schengen. Pristina is only doing this because Serbia is successfully getting countries to retract their recognition of Kosovo. Too many have jumped ship and Thaci eta al cant continue to deny these announcements so this, but trade is governed by agreements so Brussels will have to deal with it. However, I strongly suggest that Pristina stop buying from Serbia and seek cheaper imports from the EU LOL.

Yes, the message has gone through that Kosovo is acting against the norms of CEFTA, one of the few IOs its a part of. We all know Kosovo comes up with all sorts of hair-brained schemes to make money beyond operating within a normal economy, and I suspect all those recognition withdrawals has forced the government to come up with some quick cash fast to bribe more states.

Of course since more than half of Kosovo's imports come from the rest of Serbia, they're undercutting their own economy. Albanians were never really smart with money unless it involves illegal trafficking :)

First, do you honestly think an import tax on goods from Serbia and Bosnia are going to raise enough money to create an army? Are you even thinking straight or is your qelshe on too tight?

Second, what makes you think you're getting an army next week or at all? Everyone has been saying an army comes only within constitutional law that must be approved by Kosovo's minority constituency, which if you didn't read includes the Serb faction, which has said they're not voting for it.

In plain English: no unilateral decision. Can you understand that or are you so effing dense the stereotypes we in Europe use to describe you people are based more on fact than prejudice?
