Serbian politics and media is really trying to shelter its people form the news as they are announced elsewhere in international media. It's not just a tax, it's called a tariff and all the international media reports it as a tariff. Kosovo's customs are already implementing it.

Kosova needs to double the 10% tariff and also require visas for all Serbian citizens entering the country. Make them fill extensive paperwork to apply for visas to enter the Republic of Kosovo and make them sign they will respect Kosovo symbols and constitution before they are admitted to enter. If Serbia doesn't allow a Kosovo Embassy in Belgrade, make Serbs go to Zagreb to apply at the Embassy there. Serbs understand only by force, there's no logic or reasoning with them.
