"Montenegro's decision, decision of an authoritarian state"

Historians Cedomir Antic and Aleksandar Rakovic on Friday morning spoke for Prva TV <a href="https://www.b92.net/eng/news/region.php?yyyy=2018&mm=11&dd=01&nav_id=105423" class="text-link" target= "_blank">about the ban they received on entering Montenegro.</a>

They banned entry to writers, historians, lawyers.... as they are "a danger to the security of the state."
I doubt that any of those were going to plant any bombs in Montenegro. So what is a problem? Most likely they might say something that their government doesn't like.
Well, then. They are right. Montenegro is a NATO member and it's their obligation to protect Western "values and freedoms" by all means.
Freedom of speech, to name one, won't be protected by letting people who have divergent opinion voice them out...

Serbia really has the strange habit only to begin to care for a territory 20 years after they have lost it when everything is too late already.
