Serbia drops 5 places on WB's Doing Business report

I have not taken a building permit yet. But I have dealt with EPS and I can testify that they are the most incompetent organization in Serbia.

This can’t be true because according to the most patriot of Serbs Sj the Self appointed financial and investments Guinness would have every one believe the world is about to tilt from its rotation due to a massive avalanche and stampede headed towards Serbia investments opportunities and sky (racket) rates returns !!!!!

I am sure SJ is operating a Ponzi scheme somewhere ....

Fact is over 500,000 Serbs are eating out of garbage bins ...
