A much larger percentage of your people are "dying of starvation". Do I need to remind you that Kosovo* and Albania are both much, much poorer countries than Serbia, in every regard. And you have Pristina and Tirana still wasting tremendous amounts of money lobbying for your nationalistic goals first. Army, mosques, public symbols of Albania, internet trolls... waste of money. Serbs are close to 7% while additional 200.000 are still waiting to return. If your leaders do not provide means for their safe return, and cannot provide security for those that did, well... just wait and see how western powers will react.

It's hard not to make "great" improvements when your starting position is so utterly zero. I love how you blame Serbs for your own ineptitude. How about the fact that Albania was not touched by Serbia for the last 100 years, has access to the Adriatic, did not suffer war, and yet it is still a terrible place. Do you blame Serbs for Enver Hoxha, too? Kosovo* is officially "independent" for the last 10, while having self-governance at least for the last 16 years. And still you cry about Serbs to blame.

Serbia lost against unbeatable enemies, war after war on all fronts, losing population, international image, territory, infrastructure and it is STILL better and getting even better than your proud lands of "eagles".

While our youth is winning prestigious awards in the fields of science, technology and culture and contributing to the world, you still obsess yourself with nationalism. You want in EU? EU despises nationalists like you. Read any EU brochure. See what it is about. You are everything anti-western.
