Its mission is not done, not by a long shot. International forces were there to enable respecting of human rights for ALL people on KiM, at least that was the pretext they used to defend NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999 and international presence there since 1999.
Serbian refugees from KiM since 1999, around 200,000 of them, did not return to KiM because their return was repeatedly obstructed, their homes burned, their human rights violated etc. The number of Serbian civilian refugees who returned to KiM after NATO bombing in 1999 is below 10%. And this is WITH INTERNATIONAL PRESENCE from 1999/2018. It can just get worse if they remove international forces.
Further on, this so called Kosovo government didn't fulfil even ONE of its obligations from Brussels agreement, among others forming ZSO in the last 6 SIX years.
The only thing that is unclear to me is why we fulfilled ALL of our obligations before getting even a SINGLE thing in return and why we didn't declare Brussels agreement null because all arguments are on our side. One side, Serbian, was fulfilling all of its obligations, other, Albanian didn't.
In every domestic or international contract or agreement, when one side is not doing its part, other side has full right to annulment. Six years is more than enough.
