Neither the people nor the United States government supports the KLA. Since the United States is a democracy, it does not favor a certain religion. Kosovo has serious issues but "narco and terrorist state" looks like a serious exaggeration to me. It's like calling Tunisia or Morocco a terrorist state (because the highest number of jihadists come from there) despite the fact that the vast majority of people are peaceful.
