Three new chapters in Serbia's EU membership talks could be opened at the end of this year, Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti writes on Monday.

Serbia just received 3billion worth of investment from China more or less because they are not in the EU. Now they want to move closer to the flame like a moth? Will simply get burned and lose much more.
