There was no proven organ harvesting, however there were a lot of murders, rapes, burned houses etc. and there were multiple eyewitnesses. It is strange that miss del Ponte chose to pursue such a dubious story without credible witnesses instead of pursuing multiple other evidences about murders and rapes for which there were solid proofs and witnesses.
Unless, of course, she knew all along that it will be easy to debunk the story about organ harvesting and that debunking that story will throw the shade of doubt on all the real crimes, murders and rapes that did happen towards Serbian civilians.
