You see the big plan was to break up Yugoslavia and then have them work as before so that Serbia props up everyone. Since Serbia will have noithinbg with Croatia, Zagreb’s treasury only relies on the EU fund and that is drying up so out go 4000 from the shipyards.
Meanwhile what’s left of Kosovo the EU will have to prop it up forever.
