Yeah everyone knows that Kosovo is Serbia.if it wasn't for that terrorist Clinton and the other terrorist group called Nato Mr Milosevic would have clean Serbias back yard with a wreck and make the siftars happy give them e little more marmalade

Ethnic partition works well in the case of North Kosovo / Presevo Valley. They can be easily demarcated, and I think it’s for the better if the border municipalities are ethnically demarcated. However I think that the issue should be discussed in the context of a merger between Albania and Kosovo, meaning that Serbia should accept that eventuality and forfeit any demands of creating/maintaining ethnically pure municipalities deep within the newly merged Albanian state. In fact upon merging, Kosovo and Albania should redistrict their internal municipal borders so that their maps are harmonized geographically, rather than ethnically. No more automatic guaranteed seats either during elections, all groups should compete based on their own campaign merits, not based on the ethnicity of the parties.
