Poor Albos; they want Preshavo as part of the talks. What they dont understand is that these talks are only going to go around in circles because Serbia is not going to let Kosovo go anywhere. All this talk about partitioning Kosovo is diversion.

Almost half of all Albanians live outside the region already and none of them have any intentions of returning. If you want a ZSO for Serbs in Kosova, you should be ready to grant a ZSO to Albanians in Presheva, Bujanovc, Medvegje.

Please do include Serbs of Northern Albania in any talks, if you can find them.

And if Greece would like to provide parity between the status of Greeks in "Northern Epiros" and Albanians in Chameria/Greece that would be super as well.

It's unbelievable the amount of hypocrisy that comes from Serbs. Their minorities have a lot more rights as it is, yet they want more while they are not willing to even provide a tenth of those rights to other minorities.

Let’s be honest, we all know that the Serbia-Kosovo contest can easily be resolved by a Northern-Kosovo for Presevo Valley land swap between the two. It’s actually the easiest contest to solve in the Balkans. The problem is other more complex geographies that are not as easily resolved, like Bosnia and Macedonia, making the big powers uneasy of creating a precedent. Merging RS with Serbia is difficult because of how choppy the territory is. It’s easier to merge the Croatian side with Croatia. Macedonia is also difficult to split, it would require an Albania-Kosovo-West Macedonia merger in order for the map to look right in the end.

China was compensated for the unintentional :) bombing but I stand corrected China 🇨🇳 didn’t declare war on NATO IN DEFENCE OF SERBIA!

Russia was also in agreement to not get involved and risk destruction.

@KiM, if Serbia wants to circumvent Presevo Valley if it became part of Kosovo with another highway wrapping around it, it can do that. It would still be popular since it would avoid 2 border checks. This is about people not wanting to be under your jurisdiction, not roads. If the Hungarians liked being under Romanian rule, good for them. Albanians don't want to be under Serbian rule. You can find the reasons in your past behavior and accept them. It's easier to accept wrongdoing than to ask others to purposefully develop Stockholm syndrome.

Let’s be honest, we all know that the Serbia-Kosovo contest can easily be resolved by a Northern-Kosovo for Presevo Valley land swap between the two. It’s actually the easiest contest to solve in the Balkans. The problem is other more complex geographies that are not as easily resolved, like Bosnia and Macedonia, making the big powers uneasy of creating a precedent. Merging RS with Serbia is difficult because of how choppy the territory is. It’s easier to merge the Croatian side with Croatia. Macedonia is also difficult to split, it would require an Albania-Kosovo-West Macedonia merger in order for the map to look right in the end.

@KiM, if Serbia wants to circumvent Presevo Valley if it became part of Kosovo with another highway wrapping around it, it can do that. It would still be popular since it would avoid 2 border checks. This is about people not wanting to be under your jurisdiction, not roads. If the Hungarians liked being under Romanian rule, good for them. Albanians don't want to be under Serbian rule. You can find the reasons in your past behavior and accept them. It's easier to accept wrongdoing than to ask others to purposefully develop Stockholm syndrome.
