He would prefer to deal with individual countries in Europe because he feels he can cut better trade deals. So, the only surprise you can expect is that he will have no dealings with KiM and Albania because they have nothing to offer. The mines are still disputed, so maybe you can try drug, organ, or human trafficking - I hear there's always a demand in the US for this type of export.....
