Yes the position has changed but not enough for a visit. Let's see if the final humiliation on Croats is to take place with the Pope agreeing to visit Jasenovac and bowing to its victims? The Vatican's reasons for repairing relations is two fold; first the west is no longer the master and powers are changing and second its survival is only through strong relations with the Orthodoxy world. Besides, he should keep in mind that the Pope did not recognize the independence of Kosovo, did not accept the suggestion of the Croat Catholic church to declare Stepinac as a saint, and fights for justice and poverty in the world.Regarding Jasenovac, it is up to the Croatian Catholic church and priests to apologize and to accept the fact that Croatia committed genocide against Jews, Serbs and Romes.

Last time I looked the protocol was that someone invites you to your house and you don’t just turn up to the front door. Maybe in Alboland that’s different.

Serbia nor any non catholic nation needs to see the pope .the catholic church is falling fast.their lies and other crazy things they do is not needed.

I would recommend to the leaders of both confessions and muslims to apologize, for helping the nationalists to put Yugoslavia on fire. Nationality defined by religion, how sick is that.

Explaining complex issues to simple people is always very hard. If the Pope's life will be in danger then he should not seel to visit Serbia and just recognise Kosovo and make Stepinac a saint - simple as that mate.
