So is serbia going to be ordered to remove Kosovo from its constitution or not? Germany basically already has but Serbia is not listening because it’s not an official eu order. No one believes serbia can keep Kosovo in its constitution and have a legally binding agreement with Kosovo on formal recognition. So when is Spain going to join Germany in demanding Serbia remove Kosovo! Spain can do that! That wouldn’t mean Spain is recognizing Kosovo.

As far as the "tractor rally", you're right...it was a race for the elderly and children to get out before the brave and fearless Croation army could slaughter them...sadly, some were not fast enough!
