A 20% increase alone is meaningless, dear, without considering what is the starting point. To make it easier for you to understand, assume the wage of person A increases from 20 to 24 (a 20% increase), whereas the wage of person B increases from 200 to 210 (a 10 % increase). All else equal, Person B is better off than person A. So % percent increase alone is meaningless.

Dacic will have quite a bit of explaining to do as to why he’s been spending Serbia’s remaining dinars to revoke recognitions, to no avail. It’s going to take a lot of belly dancing to make up for all those wasted dinars.
