The doctors told the biggest love of my life - she has three (more) years. She already was on the other side of the Universe - but according her, the God told her, it's to early (and her youngest kid is way to young).

If it was only one or two people, then your points are valid. Did they smoke, spend time in cafes etc, but when its 10 or 20 people then that is more commonly called cancer clusters and any oncologist will tell you that these numbers of suffers are more than just spending time in cafes and inhaling passive smoke.

In Kosovo, Albanians exposed to depleted uranium mostly suffer from leukaemia and women have a higher level of miscarriages and birth defects. Naturally, Kosovo authorities do not keep record for obvious reasons, but sufficient studies have been carried out in Iraq to more than adequately prove that depleted uranium causes all the problems I have mentioned.
As far as I know, US and UK troops have not suffered but Dutch and Italian soldiers have died from DU caused cancers because the Americans gave maps of location of DU to the Brits and no one else. Why did they not tell everyone? I don’t know.

Basic testing of water, soil and plants will determine the environmental dangers that are either existent or non existent. This is logical and common in areas of where harmful carcingens have been released into the local environment. The landscape, as well as people living within those landscapes, have occurred illness/diseases due to the environmental impact. Keeping it simple for those that may have difficulty to understand the scientific aspect because of their political stance or predisposed disposition for one country does not negate the harm that has occurred.

If you think that NATO is paying for anything, you must use really good teas to enable such dreams when you sleep.

I know that the Italians have won several cases involving their soldiers so proof will not be hard to show beyond reasonable doubt. The lawyers for the plaintiffs will have to show a connection between depleted uranium and its cancer causing affects, which is not difficult especially since the Italians have had wins. As I said there have been enough studies in Iraq to show the correlation between cancers and DU munitions.

The west cant argue its a byproduct of war since the UNSC never approved the war and thus it was illegal. Naturally this depends on the judicial composition, but if the judge(s) rules against the plaintiffs then the last semblance of law will evaporate. Remember in the future the west cant cling to "rule of law" if they wipe their feet today.

Serbia was the offender which Albanians were fleeing, not NATO. Unless you think that the international courts don’t know this. At this point Serbia is simply trying to stall payment for damages that will constantly keep coming from European and international tribunals. No EU for you without 1. Paying war damages and 2. Recognizing Kosovo.

Since there are no official stats coming out Kosovo in relation to this subject it only means they do not record them or if they do its kept a secret. Now if you’re going to tell me that there are no cancers caused by DU then you are off with the pixies.

The vast majority of DU munitions were dropped on Kovsovo aka on your Albos. The Serbs left and your bros ended up with the "non harmful DU". Hey I did not make this up. Its fact. DU is now in the soils of southern Kosovo because after the bombing people went back to farming, tilling the soils so what we have today is DU in the soil plus it would have washed into streams and wells. I dont blame the people working the land since they would have starved if crops were not grown.

Tommy Sausageaj, it's really simple, so let me explain. Your leadership doesn't care if half the Albanian population in KiM has cancer. They would never report it for the fear that they would lose the support US/West and NATO - what would happen then big fella?!?! SO, the difference is that you don't have no recourse, but to suck it up and shut up and do as your puppet masters tell you; on the other hand, we can and we will pursue a lawsuit. I hope this explains it - so, this is probably the reason that it really doesn't matter if the Albo authorities keep record or not...

The doctors told the biggest love of my life - she has three (more) years. She already was on the other side of the Universe - but according her, the God told her, it's to early (and her youngest kid is way to young).

If it was only one or two people, then your points are valid. Did they smoke, spend time in cafes etc, but when its 10 or 20 people then that is more commonly called cancer clusters and any oncologist will tell you that these numbers of suffers are more than just spending time in cafes and inhaling passive smoke.
There are specific cancers/tumours produced because of depleted uranium. In Kosovo, Albanians exposed to depleted uranium mostly suffer from leukaemia and women have a higher level of miscarriages and birth defects. Naturally, Kosovo authorities do not keep record for obvious reasons, but sufficient studies have been carried out in Iraq to more than adequately prove that depleted uranium causes all the problems I have mentioned.
As far as I know, US and UK troops have not suffered but Dutch and Italian soldiers have died from DU caused cancers because the Americans gave maps of location of DU to the Brits and no one else. Why did they not tell everyone? I don’t know.

Serbia was the offender which Albanians were fleeing, not NATO. Unless you think that the international courts don’t know this. At this point Serbia is simply trying to stall payment for damages that will constantly keep coming from European and international tribunals. No EU for you without 1. Paying war damages and 2. Recognizing Kosovo.

The number is completely open ended. We could bankrupt nato if we wanted to.

The vast majority of DU munitions were dropped on Kovsovo aka on your Albos. The Serbs left and your bros ended up with the "non harmful DU". Hey I did not make this up. Its fact. DU is now in the soils of southern Kosovo because after the bombing people went back to farming, tilling the soils so what we have today is DU in the soil plus it would have washed into streams and wells. I dont blame the people working the land since they would have starved if crops were not grown.

Cushic, damages were already awarded and a settlement was paid to Italian soldiers for the exact same reason, and they only spent limited time in the KiM Ghetto you created. It's called a past-precedent, and it will definitely favor the poor people that contracted cancer due to the INTENSIONAL use of banned DU weapons against civilians - there's International Laws that prohibit the use of these weapons. I admit that DU does not hurt Albos since they are protected by a bubble of freedom and democracy unlike the people of Iraq or they are not humans.

But on the other hand, in 1999, a UN official, Bakari Kante, United Nations Environment Program, prepared a report on the environmental consequences of DU in Yugoslavia.
The gist was: The report categorically said that the future generations living on the bombarded soil will suffer from cancer, leukemia, the number of miscarriages and deformities of newborns will be increased.
Can you now connect the dots? Or Do I need to draw you pictures?

Why all the panic on the part of the Serb Troll Farm, they must sense that recognition of Kosova is right around the corner. It reminds me of 1999 when Serb Trolls were claiming 100’s of NATO planes were being shot down, we all know how that turned out!

While I agree with your comment regrding cancer clusters, The point I was making was that in court the standard of proof is usually beyond a resonable doubt.
Just like the cigarette companies have been doing for years until recently, they create a reasonable doubt.

As for the innocent non combatants who fell victim that will be considered the byproduct of the war.

Nothing will come of it except some lawyers making money.

Basic testing of water, soil and plants will determine the environmental dangers that are either existent or non existent. This is logical and common in areas of where harmful carcingens have been released into the local environment. The landscape, as well as people living within those landscapes, have occurred illness/diseases due to the environmental impact. Keeping it simple for those that may have difficulty to understand the scientific aspect because of their political stance or predisposed disposition for one country does not negate the harm that has occurred.
