This Vulin fella seems to be living under a rock, we have a military academy of a very high caliber and we also train with NATO troops and US marines which do know a thing or two about warfare.
Other than that Kosovo cadets have achieved the highest grades and came out at the very top for years now at the US military academy.
One thing Vulin should be made aware off (which he knows but doesn’t want to admit) is that Kosovo Albanians are full of energy and becoming highly skilled in all the areas, from art to science to military.
Mr Vulin we will have the army up and running in no time and there is nothing, absolutely NOTHING you can do about it.
