All Serb politicians have to do is declare they are ready for dialogue and compromise regardless what the Albos in Kosovo want. The EU is caught in between a rock and a hard place. Brussels has no comeback and would look like a fool if it tries to back out. There was a famous Grocho Marx line - have you stopped beating your wife? There is no answer to that question much the same as would occur if the Serbs declare they are willing and ready for talks and compromise LOL.

Truth is that Kosovo has stopped caring about this recognition process altogether. They realized that they can rule nicely and securely simply by having Western recognition. They don’t care or even want progress because it threatens their status quo. An integrated or recognized Kosovo makes easy money through corruptive politics harder, therefore it’s stupid to expect Kosovo leaders to make things move forward. The only ones with the problem are the politicians in Serbia, since they have already started EU negotiations and need the Kosovo issue resolved. Kosovo politicians are winning big, they are making big money in a partially recognized corrupt environment and stalling Serbia’s EU path by placing the blame on Serbia itself for not recognizing independence. If Serbia wants to move forward it will have to recognize Kosovo, because Kosovo’s political class has no interest in complying with any agreement.

He recalled that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic "said several months ago - just as Arifi and his bosses were swearing they would implement the agreement on the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) - that they had no intention of doing so."

Ej Djuro, why don't you tell the truth that; Serbia has not implemented most of signed agreements in Brussels, so forget about your ZSO!
You are such a liar, including your bosses!

Let's assume BG has not implemented "most" of signed agreements...has pristina implemented "any"?
