Yes the US are experts when it's comes vile propaganda and fake news!... Errr... I mean impartial and objective media. Maybe they should introduce FOX News to Serbia? "Fair and balanced" !!

"Democracy" to the US means being under the control of the US. They have essentially hijacked the word to push through their authoritarian agenda. Alternative media in the US is constantly threatened.

There is certainly a strongly liberal media bias but as far as I'm aware that is a reflection of declining morals in America not threats from certain persons or organizations.

For starters, INFOWARS Alex Jones, David Knight, Stefan Molyneux. They are introducing warning in primary schools about INFOWARS which haven't been wrong yet.
They are spreading disinformation about the products they sell in order to get revenue to keep going.
They have even gone as far as creating a character for that show Homeland in the image of Alex Jones trying to discredit him. How much worse does it get?
And as it was mentioned here already, RT was under pressure.
