Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic will meet in Moscow on Tuesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who on Monday started his fourth term in office.

But did the Russian bases stop the americans, uk and france from bombing syria? So doesnt matter how many bases you get if you dont follow the rules the stone age will come pretty fast to servia. Unlucky for servia is stuck in Europe so not much the rus og china man can do about it.

While there, invite PUTIN to build a military base with at least 10,000 troops, and scores of tanks. This will be the biggest deterent from anyone killing anymore Serbs or stealing its land. Maybe China would like to participate as an equal partner. Now that would really bring stability to the region, just as U.S. bases all over the world are doing.
