The whole thing should've been removed because it was tainted. Not my fault that Ustasha used the emblem and tainted it. Now there is a price to pay for that and Croatia should remove it from the flag.

I am aware of what you said but disagree that the emblem should remain. Would be decent to redesign the flag altogether but at least get rid of the thorn.
Take a look at the swastika. That symbol has been around for a very long time as well and it stood for positive. Nazis took it and now it's tainted forever.
I still stand by what I said and we will just have to disagree.
