How can you have a worker shortage with 12% unemployment? What is more likely is that Macedonian companies are winning public tenders in Serbia and are bringing in there established workforce from Macedonia to complete the works contracts they were engaged to do.

Albanians are the Mexicans of Europe. Hardest workers on the continent. My grandfather hires them to harvest his olives and mastic on Chios because it's either Albanians or islamic world refugees. Greeks dont want to work.

Those are probably just the Albanians from Serbia, since there are tens of thousands of them in the country. No surprise here Albanians are some of the hardest workers in the continent, you just have to go to Western Europe and see they aren’t fussy about working and can out perform even the poles. Of course Serbia is facing a worker shortage. Unemployment is at an all time high yet they have a worker shortage. The short answer is Serbians are extremely lazy as evidenced by those facts! Yes, most of those Albanians have spent more time in Serbia than I have but most of those Albanians have done irreparable damage to Serbia too and I have only helped with my donations.

You refer to them as cockroaches. Some I would certainly describe as that. There are Serbs that I would describe like that too. Unfortunately Albanian cockroaches are harming Serbia which I care deeply about and have done horrible things to my brethren there.
