US donates IT equipment to Serbian police

More donations from USA and zilch from Russia. It seems Russia likes more dictator Assad than Serbs.

Is this a cash donation or a hardware and software donation to the supposed value of..?

Mother Russia is planing to think to maybe donate 10000 reconditioned low mileage carburettors for Lada to stepson Serbia.

Serbia will build a church to thank mother Russia for this noble act of kindness. It will be called St Carburettor's Church.

The same time they carry a face value of $300 or more.

I suspect, the IT equipment in question was a government surplus, valued very low - but carrying a high sticker price.

The sticker price got into news, not the real value.
